Delete your account

You can request the deletion of your SmartPaper account and all associated data at any time. Complete the form below and we will process your request within 30 days.

Before you request deletion: you can also delete your account directly inside the SmartPaper app via Settings → Delete Account. This takes effect immediately. The form below is for users who no longer have access to the app.

What will be deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All child profiles linked to your account
  • All practice paper attempts and scores
  • All progress data and topic mastery records
  • Any subscription information held by SmartPaper
